Jay has been a trusted name in the boating community, providing a high-quality product through his expertise and that of his staff. Ownership of Allerton Harbor Canvas transitioned to Paul Brown and Marlean Komar in January 2024.
With this change in ownership, the core values and commitments you’ve come to associate with our brand will remain steadfast. We are committed to honoring the legacy meticulously crafted by Jay. We are dedicated to upholding the tradition of excellence, providing you with the same high-quality marine canvas products, delivered promptly and competitively priced.
The talented in-house staff remain. Their expertise and dedication remain the backbone of our operation. Plus, we’ve added a 40-year veteran to the staff. Furthermore, Jay continues to contribute his invaluable expertise in design, manufacturing, and craftsmanship.
Marlean and I bring a wealth of hands-on experience in boating and a profound understanding of the intricacies of the marine world. Our lifelong passion for boats and boating is the driving force for our vision for the business. As we infuse our experiences into daily operations, we will recognize the individual personality of each boat and its owner.
